A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. Telephone or email bookings will be held for 14 days.
Full payment is due four weeks before the arrival date. If it is not received the booking will be considered cancelled.
If a booking is cancelled, we will make our best efforts to relet the cottage. If we are unsuccessful, all payments made will be forfeit. If we successfully relet the cottage we will refund all payments made, less any costs incurred (eg bank charges).
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
All prices are inclusive of gas and electricity, bed linen (except cot bedding), and towels for use in the cottage. Please bring your own beach towels.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
Any non-trivial damage must be paid for.
If there are any problems, any breakages, if something doesn't work or if there is something you think I should know then PLEASE let me know. If I dont know I cant fix it.
